ABOUT DUKE
Look out for me! I may be small, but I can run fast! My name is Duke, and I am in search of my furever home and family.
I am a little boy with a BIG purrsonality! My foster mom describes me as super social. I tend to love people very quickly, even if I seem shy at first (it quickly dies off). Anyone who gives me any sort of attention will receive love from me. I am also fantastic with children, so long as they are respectful toward my boundaries.
Speaking of me running fast, you should see how quickly I can move my little legs when my foster mom throws a toy for me! I feel like the Flash! When I am not running after toys, I am typically running after my sister, Daisy. We love each other dearly, and because of this, I would love to either be adopted with her or at the very least, have a feline friend in my furever home.
I would thrive best in an active household with a loving family that is able to provide me with a balanced mixture of snuggles and playtime. My foster mom says that due to my love for food, my meals should be portioned to prevent too much weight gain.
Duke's Adoption Fee | $149.00
The feline adoption fees help cover the costs associated with rescuing, such as vetting, food, kitty litter and other expenses.
Prior to adoption, cats are spayed/neutered, vaccinated, microchipped, dewormed and given flea treatment. In short, they receive any necessary treatment.
For more information about adoption fees, please review our Adoption FAQs & Fees page. Alternatively, you can email us and communicate with our Adoption Coordinator.
Why We Love Fostering
-
Fostering opens you up to helping so many incredible animals. The dogs we have fostered all had different personalities, needs and quirks. We remember them all fondly. We love fostering because it is more flexible than most people would imagine. We can decide when to take a dog (so family vacations are easy to plan), what size (under 70lbs for us) and PAN is amazing at matching us with dogs that fit our needs.
