About Sass
Meowllo, ladies and gentlemen. My name is Sass, and I am a polite little boy looking for my furever family and home.
Yes, you may see the name Sass more with girl cats, but I assure you that I am a boy. My foster mom agrees that my name suits me quite well! Speaking of my foster mom, she also describes me as a lovable and gentle kitty. These traits would make me the purrfect companion for all ages!
Despite my gentleness, I do have my moments of mayhem (which are typical with kittens), and they are mostly provoked by my brothers. We love to run around, chase each other and even share (or steal) toys.
When I am not partaking in mayhem, you will likely find me watching the squirrels outside from the comfort of indoors. I have no idea what they are doing, but that makes watching them so much more entertaining! If you do not have a window that is good for squirrel-watching, don’t worry! CatTV can stream squirrel videos, and I cannot tell the difference.
I would thrive in a home with a loving and supportive family that can help my purrsonality continue to evolve and flourish. I would do ok with children, but preferably quieter ones, as loud noises can overwhelm me.
If you are interested in adopting me, you can fill out an application below!
Sass' Adoption Fee | $149.00
The feline adoption fees help cover the costs associated with rescuing, such as vetting, food, kitty litter and other expenses.
Prior to adoption, cats are spayed/neutered, vaccinated, microchipped, dewormed and given flea treatment. In short, they receive any necessary treatment.
For more information about adoption fees, please review our Adoption FAQs & Fees page. Alternatively, you can email us and communicate with our Adoption Coordinator.
Why We Love Fostering
-
I love fostering because I get to change the lives of the dogs I welcome into my home. I get to treat them like my own while knowing they get a chance at a great life. It feels great to be able to provide them with a stepping stone towards their new life with a new family and new friends. Even when they go, I never feel sadness. I only feel happiness because I know they will be loved as much as i loved them. (For Kappy: Though your time was short with me, you inspired me to help other dogs. 🥹)
