River Song's Bio
Nice to meet you! I’m River Song - named after the companion of the protagonist in Doctor Who!
I am an adorable ball of fluff who loves to be cuddled and held! I’m always up for a conversation, too, so if you have an annoying coworker you need to vent about, or if you want to partake in small talk, I’m your girl!
Amongst my siblings, I am the bravest. In fact, I am the protector. We were feral, after all. When meeting me, you would not assume that I was once fearful of humans. I love being the centre of attention and purr so loud that you can hear me from across the room!
I would thrive best in an active household. I do well with my siblings, so I would likely do well with other cats, too. Needless to say, I’m the purrfect companion.
If you would like to earn the title of my furrever companion and home, feel free to submit an application to adopt me below!
Here's what my foster mom Vera has to say about me:
“River Song is a nice, friendly and sociable girl who also likes to play with her toys. She loves to cuddle and be petted, and also has a spot in her heart for other animals."
Adoption Fee | $149
The feline adoption fees help cover the costs associated with rescuing, such as vetting, food, kitty litter and other expenses.
Prior to adoption, cats are spayed/neutered, vaccinated, microchipped, dewormed and given flea treatment. In short, they receive any necessary treatment.
For more information about adoption fees, please review our Adoption FAQs & Fees page. Alternatively, you can email us and communicate with our Adoption Coordinator.
Why We Love Fostering
-
Fostering opens you up to helping so many incredible animals. The dogs we have fostered all had different personalities, needs and quirks. We remember them all fondly. We love fostering because it is more flexible than most people would imagine. We can decide when to take a dog (so family vacations are easy to plan), what size (under 70lbs for us) and PAN is amazing at matching us with dogs that fit our needs.
