Gizmo's Bio

Hey, everyone!

My name is Gizmo - rightfully after the movie Gremlins. I’m a high-energy and adventurous little boy who loves to find trouble to get into.

My foster mom says I am a wild child. I created chaos the second I arrived. Having my brother, Mulder, and I in the same room will definitely leave you wanting a nap afterwards. Climbing as high as I can go is one of my favourite past times. Sometimes, I’ll even sit on your head.

I am almost as fast as my other brother, Blink. We love sneaking up on people together.

My foster mom believes that I would thrive best in an active household with another furry friend to play with. If you do not have one, perhaps consider adopting one of my siblings, too! We love each other so much.

Have you fallen in love with me? If so, feel free to submit an adoption application below! (If you are considering adopting me with a sibling, simply state which one you are interested in on the application!)

From My Foster:

"Due to Gizmo's habit of climbing on humans, he is not recommended for a household with small children."

Adoption Fee | $149

The feline adoption fees help cover the costs associated with rescuing, such as vetting, food, kitty litter and other expenses.

Prior to adoption, cats are spayed/neutered, vaccinated, microchipped, dewormed and given flea treatment. In short, they receive any necessary treatment.

For more information about adoption fees, please review our Adoption FAQs & Fees page. Alternatively, you can email us and communicate with our Adoption Coordinator.

Why We Love Fostering

  • Fostering gives me the opportunity to share a journey with an animal who has no one else. Without people like me these dogs may not get a second chance at feeling safe and finding a stable, loving forever home. I remember each of them vividly and we have a special bond.
