Food vendors must be in accordance with local and provincial requirements, insured and preparing food in a certified kitchen.

1. As a vendor I am responsible for the setup and take down of my booth.

2. Pets Alive Niagara or Tails of the North Dog Rescue venue is not responsible for any lost, damaged or stolen goods.

3. I am allowing Pets Alive Niagara and Tails of the North Dog Rescue to use any images/logos for advertisements for this event that I have applied for.

4. My payment is non-refundable.

5. Pets Alive Niagara and Tails of the North Dog Rescue has the right to reschedule this market due to any unforeseen circumstances and that my payment will be rolled forward to another market date.

6. To make this event successful any promoting and sharing of the event that you are a vendor is very beneficial to everyone.
