Adoptive dog mom Kaitlyn McNeil describes how a lucky chance brought her together with her beloved dog Echo through Pets Alive Niagara.
'We adopted Lola (now Echo) about a month ago. To say it was a month ago sounds crazy - it feels like she has been with us much longer.
It was a complete fluke that Echo came to be our second dog.
On November 23 while my dad and I were waiting in the cafeteria at Juravinski Hospital for my mom to come out of a very long operation, I was mindlessly scrolling facebook and this dog came up on my screen.
I knew instantly she was meant to come live with us.
I had wanted a second dog for a while but we weren't actively looking. We submitted our application and from thereon out we dealt with Maegan - she was amazing to work with and kept us in the loop. We are thrilled with Echo and with our experience with Pets Alive Niagara. Thank you for everything!!'
