About Beau

Beau is a sweet, loving and affectionate little girl that absolutely adores people! She loves any and all attention – she is happiest when being pet! She loves to curl up for a cuddle, loves giving little kisses and enjoys a good belly scratch. She has the most adorable little dance that she does up on her hind legs to get people’s attention.

Beau has excellent balance on her little back legs due to all of her dance practice, which she sometimes tries to use to her advantage to check out what is on the counter. She is learning that the counter is off limits. She loves her food and goes crazy for wet food! She is respectful of other dogs eating until the wet food comes out, and then she is a greedy guts and wants everybody’s helping for herself.

Beau is great with other dogs and does not seem intimidated by bigger dogs. She is friendly and plays appropriately with new doggy friends. She tends to get a little bit too interested in cats and likes to give chase when they run away from her – she is probably best not having a kitty friend in the house.

Beau is great on a leash and does not pull the leash on walks. She is still getting the hang of going potty outside and will need some help continuing with her training.

Beau is an absolute gem of a pup that is looking for a home where people will shower her with love and attention, and hopefully give her some doggy friends to play with as well. She will be someone’s best friend, little shadow and the love of their lives – she is a special little girl!
